The Provincial Museum of Lugo adds to its collection of Galician art the work Samos by the Lugo artist Leopoldo Nóvoa (1919-2012), donated to the museum by the painter’s widow, Susana Carlson. The Deputy for Culture, Iria Castro, and the director of the Museum, Aurelia Balseiro, received the donation from Rosario Sarmiento, curator of the Leopoldo Nóvoa exhibition. The silence of painting, evident in the Temporary Exhibition Hall until February 4.
